Wave Accounting, our biggest competitor, announced that they closed their services for companies outside of USA and Canada with the end of the November, 2020. As the only free accounting software, Akaunting, we're having a huge customer requests to migrate their data from Wave. Therefore, we've decided to start a $400 contest for developers to make a data migration module.

You're being invited to this contest that the winner will be awarded and be able to list the module on the Akaunting App Store. There is already such an app for Xero accounting.

This module will transfer customers, vendors, products/services, invoices, bills from Wave to Akaunting in just a few clicks. So, it must be easy and quick to move existing data.

The contest is simple: The first developer who makes the migration module within a week, wins!

Rules:

- The module should be working hassle-free
- The deadline of submitting of the module is 11th of December, 2020
